* customize.texi (Common Keywords): It's not necessary to use :tag
to remove hyphens, as custom-unlispify-tag-name does it
automatically.
(Variable Definitions): Link to File Local Variables.  Document
customized-value symbol property.
(Customization Types): Move menu to end of node.
